Virginia Smith left her twenty-year career as a corporate director to become a full time writer and speaker with the release of her first novel Just As I Am. In March of 2008 she was honored with the Writer of the Year award at Mount Hermon Christian Writer’s Conference. She writes mystery/suspense novels such as A Taste of Murder, and humorous heart-touching stories like Stuck in the Middle, book 1 of the Sister-to-Sister Series, and her newest, Age before Beauty.
When she isn’t writing, Ginny is a singer, snow skier, motorcycle enthusiast, and an avid scuba diver. She’s also an energetic speaker, and loves to exemplify God’s truth by comparing real-life situations to well-known works of fiction, such as her popular talk, “Biblical Truth in Star Trek.” She attributes the popularity of that talk primarily to the Star Trek uniform.
