Grace’s life experiences give her unique depth and wisdom. She’s a career global worker who’s lived in a Nepalese village and raised her family at a year-round Christian camp on an island in British Columbia. She currently co-directs International Messengers Canada, a ministry that offers creative short-term and career missionary opportunities in more than 25 countries. She trains Christian leaders in Asia and the Middle East and leads ministry teams to Eastern Europe annually..
National radio and TV programs look to Grace as a trusted guest. Her frequent media appearances include 100 Huntley Street, The Leon Show, and The Harvest Show.
She’s written nine books including “Moving from Fear to Freedom: A Woman’s Guide to Peace in Every Situation” and the corresponding DVD-based Bible study. She’s a regular contributor to the annual devotional “Mornings With Jesus” (Guideposts) and is a member of the First 5 writing team (Proverbs 31 Ministries).
Grace lives on a sailboat near Vancouver, British Columbia with her husband. They were married in 1982 and have three grown children and nine grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing hospitality on her boat, and going for long walks.
