"Debby

Debby Giusti is a medical technologist who loves working with test tubes and petri dishes almost as much as she loves to write. Growing up as an Army Brat, Debby met and married her husband—then a captain in the Army—at Fort Knox, Kentucky.Together they traveled throughout the world, raised three wonderful Army Brats of their own and now see the military tradition carried on in their son who’s also in the Army. Always busy with church, school and community activities, when Debby and her family moved to Atlanta, GA, she knew it was time to settle down and write her first book. Despite occasional moments of wanderlust, Debby spends most of her time writing inspirational romantic suspense for Steeple Hill.

MIA: MISSING IN ATLANTA, released in March 2008, was Debby’s third Love Inspired Suspense. Written when her son was deployed for a second tour to Iraq, the book is dedicated to the brave men and women in uniform who defend our nation.

COUNTDOWN TO DEATH launches her Magnolia Medical series in October 2008, and PROTECTING HER CHILD follows in May 2009. Her first two books, NOWHERE TO HIDE and SCARED TO DEATH, are available in large-print hardcover by Thorndike Press.

In addition to full-length fiction, Debby has written magazine articles for Southern Lady, Woman’s World, Our Sunday Visitor, Army and Family. She served on the editorial advisory board of ADVANCE for Administrators of the Laboratory for twelve years, and stories about her family’s outreach are featured in CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE VOLUNTEER’S SOUL and CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE CHRISTIAN SOUL 2.
